FAQ'S
A collection of the most frequently asked questions
1)  Will this fit under a hardtop?

Yes, this will absolutely fit under a hard top!  Absolutely all of our products were specifically designed to get the best fit
under the factory hard top.  This is the most important aspect of our business:  You will not find a product that fits as well
as ours under a hard top.

2)  How hard it this to install?  About how much time will it take?

Well, it really depends on the experience of the installer.  If you are mechanically inclined and an experienced welder, a
roll bar will install for you fairly quickly, within a few hours.  If you are a beginning welder, or don't usually do your own
mechanic work, you should seriously consider hiring a certified welder or off-road shop to install your roll bar, front cage,
or full cage.  Remember, your roll bar or cage will only be as strong as the weakest weld!  Front cages and full cages take
significantly longer to install than just a simple roll bar.  Written instructions are included with front and full cages.   Once
you are familiar with the instructions and you have a good idea of how it goes together, it can take anywhere from one full
day for experienced mechanics, up to several days for you to install a front or full cage kit.  However, it's mostly a matter of
common sense, following the instructions, and trial and error to get a cage together correctly.  If you don't cut or weld until
you're sure of the fit, you'll do just great.  We're always checking our emails to help you out in any way we can!

3)  Can I ask you some questions before I purchase a front/full cage kit?

Frankly, we'd be a tad worried if you didn't have some questions before such a major purchase!  We will answer every
question you have, to the best of our ability, as quickly as we can.  You will often receive an answer to an email with a few
minutes or hours, so please, ask away!

4)  How much is shipping to XXXXX?

All shipping prices are a fixed rate, so long as you live in the lower 48 states, and you have a street address.  That's
because we have to ship via FedEx ground.  All of our items are too large for the regular post office to take them, the
dimensions are not accepted, and we cannot ship USPS.  So, that means if you live in AK, HI, Canada, or another
country, it will cost more to ship to you.  Thanks to my slightly numerous Canadian customers, you can purchase roll bar
kits for shipment to Canada
HERE.  Prices to Canada are more, but reasonable.  Alaska, Hawaii, and other countries are
often over $250, but we can sure try to find something better, so please email your zip code for a quote.

5)  Will you be at any shows, so I can buy and not pay shipping?

We will always be at the Just Internationals Binder Bash near Spokane. WA (Clayton, WA this year)!  We are members of
Just Internationals, so we have to be there anyway!   We will consider attending other shows in Western WA, Northern OR,
etc on a case by case basis.  If you are planning on attending one of these events, and you are thinking of purchasing
something specific, please let us know, we will be more inclined to come to that show, and if we do, we'll make sure to
bring what you're interested in!  You can always pick up locally in Spokane, or purchase at a show for no shipping
charges!  However, WA sales tax will be charged!  Generally we run a sale at events, to offset the sales tax.

6)  How should I order and pay?

There are a couple of ways you can order.  The easiest way is obviously to buy right here at the website, we always fill
orders from our website first.
If you're more comfortable with the eBay system, you can sometimes buy there if I have
auctions running.
You can see our eBay auctions here.

We prefer that payment be processed through PayPal
(they are our credit card processor).  However, this does not mean
you have to have a PayPal account.  If you purchase from our website, you can use a credit or debit card without having a
PayPal account.  If you do have a PayPal account, you can use that however you have it set up.  We will also take money
orders.
Email us that you would like to pay with a money order, I'll let you know the total and address, and you can send
in a money order for a purchase directly.

7)  How long will it take to make, ship , and receive my order?

We try very hard in this department!   Roll bars will often ship within a day or two.   Front cages and full cages, however,
usually take some time to complete, and then pack up.  Front cages and full cages are 3-5 packages consisting of
150-200 pounds of product, and they take of bit of work to package up properly.  Nathan and I both have regular jobs, so
unless the item is in stock, it sometimes waits until the weekend before Nathan manufactures it, and I pack it up.  So
generally we ship front and full cages on the Monday after you order.  Then it goes to the FedEx station:  East coast
shipping time is about a week, west coast a few days.  We are in eastern Washington, so the further you are from us, the
longer the package will take to arrive, no more than about a week.

8)  Can you make my item differently, or can you make something custom?

No, we really can't.  If it's very minor changes, ask us, we can sometimes make easy changes.  However, we've found
(from experience) that custom stuff never works out the way it's supposed to via the internet.  It takes too much time for us,
and it takes too much shipping cost for our customer to get something that doesn't work.  We do NOT make non-IH items.

9)  Where can I get other stuff for my International?  Definitely go check out IH Only North to see if they have it.
